"Public Domain content": the Content on the website marked "Public Domain" consists of Content from the British Congress on Medicine and Spirituality which the British Union of Spiritist Societies believes are in the public domain in most territories. All content considered as “Public Domain” indicates that the British Union of Spiritist Societies is unaware of any current copyright restrictions on the Content either because: (i) the term of copyright has expired or: (ii) no evidence has been found that copyright restrictions apply.
